Emergency Trunk Release

Greetings. It's a long story, but suffice it to say that I have no key for the trunk, and due to my outstanding abilities as a mechanic, I managed to pull a wire out of the automatic trunk release and didn't realize it until I tried to open it. This is a 98 GT, so I don't really know if there is a hidden release inside the trunk. If so, can anyone tell me the location? I'd like to avoid the $120 the locksmith wants for picking it.
 


dont think they have one, i know ppl have taken the back seat out and with a bunch of extensions with a 10mm socket have unbolted the lock mech and opened it that way.
