Hey everyone, This thread kind of doubles as my intro I guess. I just got my "new" '98 Grand Prix about three days ago. It's a bit of a beater, but with a little TLC this car is gonna rock. Anyways, one of the issues I am having involves the E brake. I press the pedal, the light comes on, I disengage it no problem. The car still goes without a hiccup even when the brake is fully engages. I'm hoping it's the cable, but I have no clue how to even check whether or not it is the cable, pedal or what. It would be freakin' awesome if somebody could give me a clue. Perhaps a short tutorial on checking the cable/replacing it?
