Electrical Short Maybe????

I know I have posted something about this before but this problem is still present and I am worried that it may affect my subs. Whenever I open the doors or the trunk the lights stereo and everything else "flickers" but it must not lose enough power to cause my clock to reset or lose the place in the song I am listening to put it does cause a surge that is enough to pull out the bass and then an instant surge of bass to the speakers when it is cold would not be good anyone have any suggestions

at bare minimum get a capacitor. I have an old half farad cap laying around ill sell you for $25 shipped or $20 picked up.
