I seem to have two weird electrical issues with my 99 GTP.

First off, when I shut off the engine, the fan (engine cooling fan) still runs for about 5 min even with the key out of the ignition. Does anyone know what that could be.

Also my fog lights dont work at all. The button has no light on it and even with you press it back and forth the lights dont come on. Any ideas.

On some car the fans will keep going to make sure the engine will cool down. My sister's 97 honda accord in the simmer does that everytime she shut the engine off.

As for the fog lights, check fuses or maybe the bulbs are shot.
 
You have an aftermarket pcm that is keeping the fans on. Check the fuse for the fog lights I think it is under the hood.
