i have search threw the threads on ebay headers to see pros or cons...all i can find is post bout the old ebay headers? the ones i am looking at are these PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GTP 1997-2003 STAINLESS HEADER 3.8L : eBay Motors (item 160396793297 end time Feb-18-10 18:31:02 PST) or these 1997-2003 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GTP STAINLESS STEEL HEADER : eBay Motors (item 190363281593 end time Feb-05-10 14:19:29 PST) there only 200 bucks? can u tell me when u guys know oe think? any one got used ones..im looking 250 shipped range
 


I do not like the design of the second set, they have the little u bend, making them a ground clearance issue. The first set i can tell you will need modded. They are both good headers like the ones i got they just need modified/welded.

I'm not worried about the welding, but what kind of modifying are we talking here? I'm lookin at gettin my bud a set. Thanks!
 


Someone is trying them on another forum, check the header and manifold thread for more.

They're both the same really, both rip-offs of the SSAC's which are rip offs of SLP i think?

I actually ordered a set of the Ebay headers a little while back. They came in and look great. Heavy construction, really nice. HOWEVER, I have not bolted them on yet because I'm nowhere near ready for them. I've ordered all new bushings for the suspension, getting ready to have the frame and other suspension parts powdercoated. Needing a cam, haven't decided on one yet.
