Add about 35-40% to your injector flow rate table and tune from there. You would want to scan before you make the change and see where your injectors are at, to make sure they won't be maxing out. Like bio said, it may clean some **** out of your fuel tank so it wouldn't hurt changing the fuel filter a few times.

Stock fuel pump will be fine with #65 to a certain degree, you won't know for sure until you scan. A fuel pump rewire wouldn't hurt and should be done before you upgrade fuel pumps anyway though. I run #65 on stock fuel pump now..
 
I guess my only other ? is the stoichometeric ratio for e-85 as like 9.7 to 1 or some where close to that. My wide band can read 9:1 to 16:1 so wouldn't I be running to rich at wot to scan with that?

your wideband is still reading lambda so the AFR will appear to be the same.

however, the funny thing about e85 is that the more you burn the more power you can make. it has no point at which you end up running too rich and making less power. straight ethanol/methanol is the same.
 
I'm currently running a 3.0 with 65lbs injectors on e85, with 15 degrees of timing safely. Basically all the info on how to do it has already been posted. The main thing is that you have to get your tune done correctly. Every car is different so every tune will be different. Mine was tuned using a powertuner and an interceptor gauge. Not the best way, but it works for me.
 


might have to get me some injectors and give it a shot. If I can't get it to work right I will just get a turbo since I allready have the injectors for it. :th_laugh-lol3:

Whats the rest of your mods?
 


I think I am going to try it since about every town around me has e-85 and there is a station 4 miles away from my house with it.
 
^^^^ what he said...its not a hassle to get it I would just need someone with experience in tuning an ethonal setup i guess...
