E85 on 42.5# injectors?

I did a bit of research and found out that 42.5# injectors are good for e85 on a stock pulley through about a 3.5, anything past that ill want 60s

According to that chart, Id be at 100% duty cycle for what id like to be making for e85. I may just sell the 42.5s that i just bought and get some 60s

You might be able to run a 3.4. But you would have to be close to maxing them. I was at around 86% IDC on L67 injectors using 93 on a 3.4. If I went e85 and 42's at that point theoretically I should have been at same IDC. I don't know exactly what a cam would do, but it probably would have thrown me deep in the 90% range.

So my guess is 3.5 probably, 3.4 would be pushing it. But you are going e85 for some sub 3" pulley fun so I say get the 60's now so you don't have to worry about it.

Get a bid on that eBay set I linked. I looked for awhile and going price is 200-225 used. They don't last long as they are in demand. I got lucky and got a brand new set of 6 for 200.

I'll let you know how this pans out this weekend.

I've got a stiegemeier ported GenV/LIM on a 3.2" with a 3" downpipe...that's it. 42's. Stock pump/new filter. Using HPT.

Probably will have to run it back up to a 3.4", but what the hell...it's a $300 car with a $500 setup lol.
