E-Test Fail - Next Steps

I just failed, for the first time, an E-Test on my 98 GTP. It passed 2 years ago with the same mods. I did a search on this in the forums. Here are the results for 1649 RPM
Limit/Result
58/20 HC
0.32/0.25 CO
435/864 NO
14.8 dilution

Curb idle was passed for HC and CO with a better margin between limit and result and NO was shown as NA.

These are the things I will do:

1) Clean and check the EGR Valve
2) Check plugs wires etc.
3) cat replace?

My mods are in my sig. I have a level 1 DHP PCM but haven't done a tune yet with Will. The car passed 2 years ago. Also, I have one of those digital boxes where you can increase fuel/air mix for particular RPM ranges in order to reduce knock. If that is set up too rich or not rich enough can that be causing the problem?

Any help would be appreciated. I do have a car scanner and ill be doing a baseline and then after looking at #1 and 2 above, I will re-run.

TIA

Oops ... I guess I forgot. I will do that now.:th_sign-oops:

I am in Canada - Ontario.
Here are the mods on:

1998 Arctic White GTP
1.9 rockers;Custom Ram Air+FWI;LS1 MAF;73mm TB;18" Hankook+AE077's;3.25 pulley;Shimmy (ported stock)header;3" DP high flow cat+3"SS to Magnaflows;DHP PCM - Stage 1;

I'm inclined to vote its knocking as well which means you have no timing. Not sure if that'd effect NOx levels.

Most find they can only run a 3.4 with that level of mods. Typically takes a cam or an intercooler to break 3.4 safely.

I meant what region of ontario lol

Just west lol, but the EGR can be malfunctioning because when you get a tune thats one of the codes they pull. If you have the stock PCM, throw that in and see if if pops a code, also I wouldn't suggest running the blower belt with that small pulley, you could blow the front bank.
