E-brake Replacement and adjustment

Hi there, I have a 2003 Grand-prix and I'm having a problem adjusting the E brake on one wheel. The pass wheel holds ,but the drivers side won't. I adjusted the equilizer and also the star wheel. Still won't hold.I was wondering how to replace the star adjuster ? I have no idea.:( Any help would be very appreciated. :confused:
 


Welcome to the forum. As far as the adjuster goes I have never played with so I'm no help. Post this question under General Tech and you'll get your answer faster.
