Dyno results - 98 GTP

The local car show here in Leander had a portable dyno today so I put the vette back in the garage and brought out the GTP to see the results of putting it together.

287 Hp
299 Tq

No idea what RPM as the portable dyno sheet only posted MPH (in 3rd). They ran it up to 85mph according to the sheet. I didn't think that was bad for a car the idles all day in rush hour and averages 23mpg on 93 octane. I have about 5k miles so far on this combo. Folks were snickering when the guy pulled it up on the dyno... but not after :th_laugh-lol2:

Mods
Stock 145k mile bottom end / arp head studded.
VS cam - new chain
Stock heads (rebuilt - new springs)
ZZP ported SC (including the intake side for eventual Northstar TB upgrade).
Ported intake / ZZP SSC / IC (the car is lowered - with the engine raised - no room for a std IC core)
3.0 pulley
42# injectors
ZZP Headers / 3"cat'd down pipe / 3" exhaust with resonator /ZZP mufflers
ZZP CAI Fender well intake
ZZP Tune for above mods
160 T-stat

Thanks ... Next I need to get one / two aero force gauges ... I don't really know where KR is at...and would like to get over 300 .. For safety of course ;-) .. But don't know if I trust this particular dyno number. Up next ... Northstar TB mod.

Really nice numbers!!! hopefully i can get that without the SSIC but hopefully the Gen V with N* and LQ4 will substitute
