where the hell is the pcv valve located on a 2000 3800 non turbocharged? i've read my chiltons but shows a 98 3800, the two engines have differences between the two. can anyone tell me? maybe include a photo?

thanks guys. that is a strange place for that but i guess. this is the second pontiac i've owned and i'm still learning the series 2 3800 engine and all the placements of the components in it. first Pontiac being my 75 T/A.

Supercharged is the other option...there was no turbo from the factory since the GBody in the late 80's

supercharged/turbocharged basically the same concept. add more power. supercharged is ok as long as you remember to change the oil in them or have a locked up engine. which is exactly why i didn't get a supercharged grand prix. The 455 in my t/a has plenty power for me.

You didn't get a supercharged one because the engine will lock up because you will forget to change the supercharger oil? Did I get that correct?

Changing the blower oil takes like 10 min.

you change the sc oil like every 30,000 k miles? its not a monthly chore..

you dont want a s/c engine because your too lazy to do something that takes 10 minutes lol.
