somewhat because I've been in that situation.. (can't believe I'm posting this)... In my old neighborhood we had a retard that would go in his backyard and do the same thing. We called the cops and they basically didn't do anything but talk to him once they found out he was retarded. But, he never did it again cuz he's just retarded.. not stupid.

Next time you catch him yell at him to get off your property and never do that again. If he comes back call the cops, even being retarded he'll be scared of the cops and hopefully wont do it again.
