Forgive me if this has been asked before, but I hunted around and found something similar but couldn't find any answers.
What I'd like to do is change my DRLs to light up my turn signal lamps instead of my headlights. It's not a matter of wanting to disable my DRLs because I don't mind them, and down here anything I can do to be seen is a good thing, but I'd rather have my turn signal lamps lit up instead of the low beams.
I think the 04-05 models had this, but 06+ they switched to headlights. I don't think it would be as easy as finding the DRL module and switching some wires around, but I don't want to start cutting wires and junk.
Is it possible to get a DRL module from an 04-05 model and swap them and then hook up the right wires, or what? Help me out here lol, I'm not electronically challenged, but don't like to experiment and fail.
