DRL Disable!!!!

Well I Have A Very Quick, And Possble Stupid Question.......

I Want To Disable My DRL On my 2001 GP, I know About The Box Under The Dash On Drivers Side, And The Fuse On The Passenger Side............

Here Is My Question: When I Did Disable Them And Started The Car, All I Hear Is A Rapid Clicking Sound Coming From Under The Dash, And I Plug In The Blue And Tan Wires For The Box, And The Then The Fuse (Or The Opposite Way LOL),Then It STOPS!!!! So My Question Is Has Anyone Had The Same Problem, If So How Did U Fix It, Or Is Not Fixable......Any Suggestions Would Be Helpful

You're only supposed to remove the connector.... not both...

Leave the fuse in and unplug the DRL module.
