Driver side wiper arm slips down to the side mirror

Hi all

I have a strange problem with my 2002 Grand Prix GT. Drive side wiper arms gets slipped and hit the side mirror and won't come back. I have to keep my hand outside to stop it falling down then it will hit my hand and go back. I can't do this when it rains. Is there any solution for this ? This does not happen all the time but happens at times. I spent money to repair this they said they corrected it but it happens again.

Please advise.

welcome to the forums, sounds like the arm isnt bolted down? whatever it is its a weird problem, if you can get pics or a video that would be a help
