Hi everyone this is my first time using the Grand Prix forum bcus this is my last resort due to my driver side fog light not turning on anymore, passenger side fog light still works and lights up as normal but just recently I had a hid kit in my fog lights and after a week of using them I noticed the driver side fog light was not turning on anymore so I figured it was the hid kit so I tried putting back the regular oem bulb but the fog light still didn't come on, so I started checking the fuses for my fog lights and they aren't burnt out so next thing I did was swap out the oldbulb socket and replace it with a new one hoping it would be that but it is not, so I grabbed my 12 volt machine to check if there is current coming down from the actual wires and there is current coming down until it gets to the fog light bulb socket but the fog light still will not light up, so if someone could give me some advice on what to do next I would really appreciate it!

Do you have power and ground at the plug?
If you have power/ground at the plug, then either the plug is not connecting to the bulb properly or the bulb is bad.
Put power to the bulb and see if it works that way.
