Driver-Rear Caliper Piston not retracting

Aha you weren't kidding. That thing is ate up.
You use any primer on them first? Is there any high-temp stuff readily available even (rattle can) ?

I briefly looked for some but couldn't find any. Then I read the instructions on the caliper paint can and they just said prep is important, and no primer is needed.

What color are you gonna do next time?
I definitely don't want red. My GP has the black/gunmetal grey tone already. Was thinking I will do the brackets black then calipers grey. Or vice versa, whichever contrasts better. Then try to get some of those Ebay caliper decals on... either Pontiac or Grand Prix, not sure what will fit.

I'm going to do the same color, I like the blue/grey look(car/calipers) and grey/black (calipers and brackets)

Haha what a coincidence. Basically exactly what I was thinking in your pics.
Looks good. I would like to find a shade or two darker grey tho. "Grand Prix" in black along the caliper would look cool I think, if it will fit.

I was thinking of trying to make a "GTP" stencil out of some card stock and just spraying it with white on top of my red... but that Supercharged one is nice... how well do they stick? I'd be concerned about stickers on something that gets as much abuse as a caliper.

Depends on where you get them but most of them are vinyl and have a pretty good tolerance as far as heat, they say. Not like they're breaking the bank either lol
