You missed my point entirely.

Because basically forcing you to go to racecarskool before you get your license is something many here would probably enjoy.
 
Matt...the finns make you go through a crazy amounts of training to get your license? is that what your taking about? Now days alot of mexico has gone to hell but back in its hay day they used to make you get your licence at 19 after going through a year course in school to learn how to drive. then they would re-test you every 5 years
