Drive line vibration

I have some vibration in 3-4 gear on acceleration Will I be able to fit shorter dog bones with sd headers and a 2.25 intercooler what are my options

Yea on the highway in fourth gear moderate to light acceleration I can definitely feel a vibration and on a smooth road with slight dips I can feel the vibration come and go as the springs compress on hard acceleration in second gear but my cv shafts don't click and still have grease in them they are original struts in the front I am getting used vogtland springs and Kyb struts I did notice that after the additional weight of the intercooler the vibration increased

shorter dog bone wont help you. they are for lowered cars. and the headers already pretty tight to the one fan. not sure the headers will clear if you did try them.

you can also try rotating your tires. but it does sound like a axle to me.

The motor mount is new the way the vibration would come and go made me think it was the cv shafts out of geometry because of the springs being worn out and the added weight in the car I was thinking all I needed was the dog bones but in fourth gear it would happen only on acceleration constantly the trans is 1.5 years old and low miles less than 20k

mine did the vibration act light on the gas. off the gas smooth. thats classic U joint failure. (pretty much whats in the boot) if its bad enough you can feel if its one side or the other or both.

mine still had good boots and all the grease inside too. swapped the d/s on my car and all was good again.
