• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Drilled/Slotted or both?

Whatever you dont buy power slots! They are garbage in my opinion because at the moment my brakes are pulsating because the inboard slots are filled with material.

sounds more like a potential brake pad problem...maybe using organic instead of ceremic? i dont know if there is a ''right'' pad to use but i have always heard of cerimic being used with drilled and slotted...i also know organic pads are softer...just an idea

I purchased my R1 Concept Rotors and Posi Quiet pads off eBay. I know WebRacin has used R1's with no issues. And on my old GT I had purchased a set of Drilled rotors from Tutu Automotive out of Canada back in the day and they ran fine for the 2 years I had them. The Tutu rotors were drilled but not Chamfered as most are now. The R1's are Chamfered and the slots are diamond cut.

I will be posting up pictures hopefully once they arrive on Monday or Tuesday.

I personally do not think ALL rotors are created equal on Ebay. YES no doubt there are a lot of "basement" companies out there, but a company like R1 Concepts is NOT one of those "basement" companies.

Also you have to look at the feedback and the amount of products sold. Heck I have even gone through some of the links of eBay of past customers and sent them emails asking how their products have held up before purchasing them. Its not always accurate marker granted, but it gives you a point of reference in making decisions on buying stuff from eBay.

Just my 2cents on that topic.
