Down pipe Advice

I have a 2000 grand prix GTP and I already have glass packs and i wanted to know what would be the best down pipe to get with a guy on a small budget and an installation guide or simple advice.

You can get headers for the price of a downpipe.

For a small budget just get a u bend delete at a local muffler shop.
