I have been told that the gear on the crank shaft has to be machined a little? Can anyone give insight on this to what needs to be taken off?? The photo isnt mine but just a little confused on what I need to get taken off.

On a sife topic anyone have an hp tuner for sale?? want to learn how to tune my car.

You should make a want to buy thread separately... May get an answer that way for tuner.

as for the Double Roller, use the search function, there is major threads on this subject. Not sure another one is necessary! Basically, take the double roller crank gear and the stock to a machine shop and have them matched!

good luck

Ok it looks like more the teeth need to be more rounded from what I could see ill have to look into it before I take it in tomorrow

Ok so the first one is the stock, then the second is the double roller. Am i looking at getting that more edged part in the middle? From what i was reading it just wasn't flush against the block on the crank so it would rub??

I got a little excited before taking the gear in and already had the gasket put on. Its mostly in tact except for the bottom where a little of the paper tore off with the front cover. Should I replace it? If so could I double up on a stock gasket or wait the weekend to get the extra thick one from zzp.
