Double Din Issue

My friend recently bought a Pioneer AVH-3200bt Double Din. We bought a new wiring harness that fits GM vehicles (Picture Below)

Lined up all the wires from the new wiring harness to the old deck wires

We have 2 spares wires left over that go into nothing as you can see in the first picture, dont know where they go.
The question is, the Double Din wont turn on, what are we doing wrong?

Either bad radio or blown fuse try putting the factory radio back in to see if it works. If you can test the yellow and red wires for 12volts.
 
I don't have a voltage tester so i'm not sure on how to test the wires for 12v. And what fuse would be blown? The 10Amp on the radio is fine, I checked
