The passenger side door on my car is the only door that locks. The other 3 won't. Can't even do it manually. The locks move a little and make the noise like there working. The buttons all work and make it seem like there locking but no good. Any suggestions?

I took the driver door apart already and i had no clue what i was looking at lol. I got the lock to move but it took all my strength,and it just snapped back in unlock position. I bought the car knowing this i just wanna know if it can be fixed without having to buy 3 new doors!
 
smells like door lock actuators aren't working. my suggestion would be to take it in to a mechanic tho.
