Door Trim coming off, HELP!

Hey all,

My Right Rear door trim is coming off towards the front of the door. I have already taken it off, cleaned off the old double sided tape, cleaned the door and panel, and replaced the 3M double sided trim tape. It has lasted a month or so and is coming off again. I am beginning to think that the panel is permanently bent towards the front and that I should just get a new one. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? I have been going crazy trying to find it online. Thanks.

Are you talking about the door sill trim running from the front to rear wheel well? If so, can you tell me how to remove it and what it needs in parts to re-attach?
I side-swiped some ice, and it ripped part of it from the front wheelwell to the door loose from the car. How do you take it apart?
 
Believe me or not but my front passenger side door trim started to come off about 3 years ago. I had used some $3 super glue from walgreens to glue it back on and I only have to use the glue about once a year. I live in Wisconsin so we get all types of weather and I dont have any problems until its been about a year to reglue the door trim back together.
