Door Panel fix

I have 2 - 2002 Grand Prix GTP's both of them are 2 doors, and both of them have the same problem with the top piece of the door panel. They are both cracked and breaking away.

Does anybody know If I can replace just these pieces or do I have to replace the whole door panel?

Have the same problem working on something to get it fixed in fact when I bought the car it didn't even have that piece on any of the four doors. Didn't even know something was suppose to go there until I saw another car that had them.:th_laugh-lol3: But I did notice on some panels I saw at a junkyard that they are just stapled on to the panel. but guy at the junk yard wanted me to buy the whole panel so no thanks. Panels where tan my cars black.
