Door Light mod/delete.

My Driver door red light lens is missing, has anyone Modded or removed them totally. I'd like to remove them, I think they are butt ugly. Anyone have any ideas how.

i've always tinted them and gotten rid of the light bulbs

My car never came with lights in them, like there's not even wires for any bulbs (and mine is a 2001 4 door, fulley loaded)
