Um, not sure where to put interior questions but it does have to do with the body (I think) so here it is. Something knocks when I accelerate from a stop. What I can guess is that it is inside my drivers door, sounds like something shifting. It is not bad and does not happen all the time, I can live with it but I was wondering if anyone has/had this issue. Not sure if I will see anything if I remove the panel. Just curious to know if anyone has delt with this type of thing. thanx
 


there is a hard foam piece that sometimes comes loose but i doubt it...it doesnt really weigh enouph to thump. maybe the window as whose can make a noise depending on where your window is when this is happening
 
My sunbird used to do that. I can't remember why though. Try lubing up the hinges and latch and any other moving parts and see what happens. I'm pretty sure that solved my problem.
 
Yeah agree with the above post... i had the same problem and just put some white lithium grease on the hinges and it stopped soon there after.
 
I've heard more than once about autoworkers leaving empty beer bottles from lunch in various places, maybe thats it. :th_jester:
 


hahah no beer bottle. deffinately not that ;-). idk. when I get around to it I will try and find it. like I said it is not too terrible to look into it just yet
