Door hinge help

so I now have a sagging door on the driver side, some have said the hinges need to be replaced as an assembly as I did on the driver side a few years ago(at a price of 300)
the pin and bushing kit is only 12$
is it beneficial to just do the pins in the old hinges? or buy new hinge assemblies??

someone said there was a write up on the pin replacement but I cant find it

if someone could point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated!!!
