Door chime keeps ringing! Did I blow BCM?

I was just checking my foglight switch for power as my foglights are not coming on. I put the meters black on the black wire of the foglight plug, then with the red saw power in 2 different pins. I decided to jump one of those pins to see if the fogs would go on, at worst I figured a blown fuse & would try the other pin.

Turns out that after the first pin didn't work
a) I never got power in the foglight connector after that.
b) Even worse, I now can't get the door chime to stop
c) Radio reset
d) HVAC controls didn't respond upon startup for 10 seconds or so.

Did i blow the BCM or something?

Nearly all the dash lights are out as well. DIC is ok & radio, climate control and cluster completely out
