Re: Dont laugh but

you'll need basic hand tools...air tools will make it quicker though but you will need to remove the caliper, caliper bracket, and rotor to do so. After that there are 3 bolts on the back side of the hub. Undo those, unplug the ABS sensor...and reverse order ;)

Re: Dont laugh but

nice sounds like cake work! i gotta sweet deal 63 bucks shipped with the sensor and crap to my door. when autozone wants 90 or 139 bucks.... go figure ebay is the way haha

Re: Dont laugh but

oh that big nut thats like 2 inches in the middle has to be taken off right? or what is that?

Re: Dont laugh but

Yes it does. i believe i used a 33mm when i did mine but my shafts are aftermarket yours may be a bit diff size. Also you dont have to take the caliper and bracket off separately they are kelsey hayes style calipers and since your just getting it outta the way you dont need to get at the pads. Just compress the piston take the 2 bolts outta the back and remove the whole thing in one piece. You will prob want a hammer of some sort handy as well to help get the old hub assembly to come off. be sure not to loose the bracket behind it that holds the abs sensor wires outta the way of everything you will need to reuse it.

Yup, you will have to remove that nut, Auto Zone has this socket available in their Loan-a-tool program. This is a pretty easy deal, good luck!!

If that's what you like I can respect it but I'm still going to laugh :th_laugh-pointup: :th_laugh-lol3: :th_laugh-lol1:

Yeah, they need to be acloser to the tail light. Looks kinda descent though. But, you need to figure out if you want those or the finder stripes. They don't look good together.

cuda wasnt until 1970, and you are referring to the AAR cuda, which had a 340...All American Racer. im more of a fan of the 1970 hockey stick stripe and the 1971 billboard stripe, read up on your Mopars:cool:
