..because I don't know what's wrong.

I've started to get a low frequency humming that comes and goes. Sometimes it happens in city traffic, sometimes while highway cruising, which is why I'm not putting this in the transmission section. It's steady, doesn't seem to vary with gear. It throws no codes, and doesn't seem to affect the performance of the car at all. It doesn't make the car vibrate.

Can anyone help?
