Dome light is loose and wobbly

How do i fix this? I have no idea how to take it off without breaking anything. It vibrates when my subs are loud and its just annoying to watch it move around everywhere. How would one go about sealing this?
 


Mine rattles as well with subs. I've planned to put something between to stop the rattle, a dense foam or something similar.

If you pry it down a bit, and look in there with enough light you'll see how it's held in. It comes out pretty simple. There's two clips that need to be pushed in and it'll drop right down.
