did you get anyone in the car to tune/scan it while setting up your PCM? if not then its not custom. every car is different. what may work on intense's test car MIGHT not work on your car.
im not bashing their pcm's at all but each specific car needs its own specific tune.
 


It's a tune from intense-racing and i told them i had a gen v swap, northstar tb, 1.8 rockers, headers, 180 tstat, colder plugs (i don't know exactly what heat range ngk 55ix's are tho?) Could a clogged cat be causing some of it cuz ya can hear the insides coming apart rattling raspy sound. It's just really erratic kr no consistency

Holy crap Batman. Delete the cat and install an emulator...one less variable.
 
No...i'm gona get someone to do an in-car tune on it then. Mayb even throw the stock pulley size on it to see what kr is
 
So your going to tune it with a known clogged catalytic convertor. If you tap on it and it rattles inside then it may clogged.
