I have a GT 02 with just a ****ty CAI and straight piped, and about 100+ pounds of extra weight in my trunk (Subs). I always like to race the big hemi rams and just beat them because I like to put them down like that lol.
1. I was coming home on a two lane road that cuts down to one after a red light. I always stay on the lane that cuts off just in case somebody decides their cool lol. So a big hemi Ram 1500 truck pulls up on the right lane, and I look at him (of course looking up at him lol) and he looks down, I'm like forget this guy, I'm gonna put him behind me. So light turns green and I slowly go and he gets ahead (Him flooring of course) a little which is where I floor it and spin a little and then catch up to him and pass him and put him in my rear view. :th_winking:
2. (funny) I was also coming home on a different road but same case where the left lane cuts out and it becomes one lane. So I pull up next to a 2500 cumins turbo diesel v1000 pick up. They had 4 people in the car and they all look at me and my other passengers. My brothers like don't let them ahead, I said ok. So as the light starts turning yellow, I start brake boosting up to 2500 RPMs while I'm not moving at all. The pick-up hears the exhaust and completely ignores the red light and starts driving off like it turned green LMAO. I waited and then released the brake and caught up and beat him lol. I'm not gonna lie I was pretty scared with him behind me because I think he was gonna ram me off the road lmao.
so yea I guess a GT can beat big trucks weee :th_laugh-lol3:
