Does my GP have a factory alarm?

Ok, final update, for those wondering how to program the fobs. The directions given earlier are what are needed to program JUST the fobs to sync. LOCK-ACCESSORY-LOCK mode, and dings when you open the door. in my 2000 GP, the directions for making other changes are to just pull the fuse, and move the key to LOCK. Once I did that, I was able to program everything else. And I got a replacement fob, and it has been synced. Thanks for the help!
