Does everyones car do this?

If I push the 4-way flasher switch down Itll do this but if I let out it is normal.

Did you check all the outside lights to see if one of them is not working? Does the left turn signal blink fast or not blink at all in the dash? It looks like something is wrong with the left turn signal ckt. All turn signal lights should blink when in hazard mode.

Do you have a bulb out? The blinker will blink fast when you have a bulb out.
