Do L67 heads work with L36 bolt on?

Just out of curiousity, I have an L67 with ZZP M90 blower, cam, etc... Now I realize the L36 heads have injector BOSSES, if I were to plug the injector bosses, will the current ZZP LIM/blower all bolt up to the L36 heads and all work, or is there something else like head brackets etc.. that won't work? I mean I think it will just bolt all up, but just making sure, I know I have to block the injector bosses.
