do gp's have rust problems behind the rear bumper?



Meh I wouldn't worry about it, it's because of the metal clip that connects the rubber seal go's bad so it lets water in the trunk, just sand it down there before it gets to the point of needing replacement
 
check under the gas cap and the rear wheel wells as well. mine is sstarting to rust there. and of course the rocker panels always rust out
