Wow buncha haters! I love GPs! Can mod the hell out of them and they aren't slow you just gotta know how to drive and what to put in em. SMH
 
I agree. I love my GP. Granted, it has its minor problems but I have the comfort of knowing that head gaskets and complete engine failure is minimal risk. My engine has most likely never seen a drop of coolant and I have that security. It's stylish, comfortable, luxurious, at least for a 8 year old car, and it has plenty of pep. If I ever want a faster car, I can make it one.

Win if you ask me.
 
Sure didn't get much real information out of that website. Besides the obvious overuse of the word fag. People like that need to stfu.
 


Car and driver said 1/4 mile in 14.3 for my 07 gxp and 0-60 in 5.7, I'll take that for 2/3 the price of an evo or sti. That puts me at 15,000 for the car and 7000-8000 for engine and trans stuff, doing the work my self I could about garonetee my LSx powered pile of crap acording to them would run low 11's high 10's. I'll take my Pontiac over a played out rice rocket anyday.
 
Most of these cars are nearing a decade for age, are capable of 30mpg and for under $5000 in total cost can be built to run reliable 12's in a fwd 4 door car.

On the other hand, everyone knows they're cheap and everyone has one.

I like to see all the Ken block wannabes show up at the track and bust out their ken block tshirts and turbo timers on their otherwise completely stock car.
 




It just irks me the wrong way...idk...everyone has their own cup of tea...if you don't like it...move the **** on.
 
It's simple... compensation.

Some people buy a car and work on it BECAUSE they have a sack.

Others buy a car and work on it IN ORDER TO have a sack.

The second type has to diss others to protect their manhood.
