discrimination against Communist's

I'm taking an employment law class, and I read something in the text book that cracked me up. "Igor, a Communist Party member, applied for a job at a supermarket. His application was rejected because he is a Communist. Is this discrimination? No! It is lawful to discriminate against a Communist. the part that intrigues me is, how did they know he was a Communist?
 


that part that really cracks me up is that the book plainly states "it is lawful to discriminate against communists."

totally different situation

there are situations in which it is legal to discriminate against someone because of their race, religion or gender. for example, if you were a woman and wanted to be a Catholic Priest, do you think you would have a snowballs chance in hell of getting that job? No. or in Hollywood could a man get a role designed for a woman? No.

There are always exceptions to the rule.

i bet that book was written back in the 50's that's when we were having "The Red Scare". back then if you were a commie then you couldn't get a job or really anything.
 


you do have the right to hire who you want to, or dont. same as if your a business owner, you have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason you see fit.

Please refuse service to a gay person, because they are gay (replace gay with black, green, nigga, english etc), and report back how it went for you. LOL
 
you dont need to say any like that to refuse service. its how it works. get out of my store, no reason needed. if your gonna yell racial slurs at people, of course your gonna have huge problem.

i saw a post where a gun store has a sign up, we refuse to sell to muslems, think hes in trouble? well they took him to court and he won lol

How did they know his name? Because as a proud communist (as they all are), Igor filled in the job application as such...

the sign falls under freedom of speech. you dont have the right to be not offended either, so its like to f ing bad if you dont like my sign.

and muselms should not be trusted at all. i dont care if they were born here or not, the parents teach this crap from day one to them.

granted there are good muslems here, but how can you tell whos good or bad? so you have to label them all at this point in my book. we cant take the chances any more, these fvckers are coming for us.

LOL Too funny. So why haven't you banished Christians? Monks? Priests? Grand Prix owners? Not all of them are good people.
 
last i checked none of them shot up, or blew up a room of people.


now these animals are. its not a religion either, its a cult.
