I was going to service my tranny this weekend, but decided I would address the dipstick with headers issue while it is drained. I want to do headers this summer. I was looking at SSAC or the SSAC knockoff headers and was wondering what the dipstick clearance is. Do these clear or do I need to bend it? I was looking at the Lokar dipstick if clearance is an issue. Is TD-34L60EFM the one that fits the 4T65E-HD tranny? I was looking at the pics and it looks like it just presses into the tranny and is held in by the o-rings? Anybody used this that can comment on the install? Thanks for any advice.
 


The clearance is fine with SSAC's. You may have to bend it slightly, but nothing that will require buying another
