Digital Climate Control

I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't seem to find much. I found a couple threads but none of them go into any detail.
My questions is can you replace the standard hvac control with a dual digital one.
Car is a 97 GTP

This is the one I have:

This is the one I would like to upgrade to:

Not too crazy about the paint but It's the only one I could find.

Yep whole system must be swapped out including wiring harness as iot adds other senors.
Honestly even if it was cheaper i still would not, due to the fact the actuators GM uses are built cheaply and once they break are a pita to get too and your stuck with different temps on different sides.

Sensors? What kind of sensors? My car has the exterior temp sensor that mounts up front by the bumper cover/radiator if that matters.

You have to swap out all the HVAC wiring, digital control blower motor resistors are also about $150 a pop.

Just the HVAC wiring right? Not the entire dash harness? There a GTP at a local junkyard that was absolutely smashed on the front end but the interior is complete and the glass is good so everything will stay nice inside. Price isn't really an issue since my dad has been going to them for YEARS so they cut us pretty good deals on stuff.
Just more worried of the difficulty of switching the stuff out. I don't mind spending half a day in the junkyard either.

any other sensors?....also still curious about the harness? Is it seperate for the HVAC or tied into the main or is there a pigtail that plugs into the main harness?
Thanks guys
