Different hvac controls ?



There are at least 2 different styles that I am aware of, not sure if they are interchangeable, but if they are I would think you would need a Tech II in order to get it to work.

There's the manual style without seat heater buttons, one with buttons, and the dual zone automatic. The manual styles are interchangeable except in regard to the seat heater buttons. If you "upgrade" to a manual HVAC unit with the buttons, you need your BCM reprogrammed for the buttons to function.

The dual zone auto requires you to add several temperature sensors in your HVAC ducting, rewiring, etc.
