DIC issue with trac light

i replaced my broken unit (lcd dead but tsc worked) and new one works except trac off lights up on startup and stays on. it turns off with switch but when it says off its actually on (tested) when says on its off. wierd, any suggestions?

Ok ok what do you have cuz it sounds like you got a gt and installed a gtp one cuz thats what happens.
 
Hmmm weird should of worked, were the bulbs just burned out on the old one cuz the are easy to replace
