DIC and Radio dimming issue

So, for the past week my DIC and internal lights have been acting strange. When I start the car I dont have any internal lights... after about 30 mins they gradually come on and operate properly. If i turn the dimmer switch down while it's malfunctioning the DIC gets brighter and everything else gets darker and vice versa... any ideas?
 


Try replacing the dimmer switch and see if that fixes the problem otherwise I don't have a clue.
 
Yeah, I would say that is your best bet. Go to a junkyard and get one... I had a problem with my switch, but it went out completely.
