DHP keyspan help

So long story short, my computer completely crashed, deleting all of my stuff on it. I had to go back and download the DHP software. I also downloaded the keyspan software but it doesnt recognize the adapter. any ideas on how to fix it?

*windows 7, and yes i downloaded the net 1.1 framework*

you need to set the comm port. my keyspan driver has an assistant, im running win 7.
