Does anyone knowhow to get rid of this error?

1. Tried reinstalling the latest version of DHP
2. Updated data base.

This happened after my friend tried to read a 1999 GMC truck.

I know but when ever I go to read one of my V6 cars I get this error now.

He as trying to help a friend.
