Unless you can't get the damn thing to register. I installed the keyspan drivers and says it's ready using com 4. I set the DHP to com 4 and it still won't register.
The baud rate is based on the version of the hardware you have. If you look at the Powrtuner label, you will notice a number in the bottom left hand number such as 24/729169. The firmware revision is the 24.set the comm ports speeds the same, check the key span drive assistant, check its speed. then in dhp, in options, >general options >interface baud rate, make it the same as the key span, then set dhp to the same comm port the key span is on.
theres two speeds, try the high speed first, if that wont work change em to low speed. my home lap top only lets the key span work at the 57,600. the 115,200 wont work at all on my lap top or my desk top.
