Any who. Last night I cranked car 4 times with fuel pump relay removed to get oil moving. Then put in fuel pump and car fired up on first crank. Immediately sounded better then before.
No more tick (like a misfire tick that I now realize was the cyclinder 7 intake valve not opening all the way)
Engine actually sounds much better from everything inside being super clean.

Was worried at first cause I had lots of white smoke coming from engine once warmed up but it went away so I'm sure it was just all the cleaning stuff used burining off.

And by the way......I had never done rockers before....but damn their super easy to install. 22 foot pounds and no locktite. By far much easier and less time consuming then I was expecting.

Also went to Sears to get an alignment done....my car rattled everything sitting in the waiting room. Maybe I should of closed the cutout first.
